1. Booking and Reservation:

   – All bookings are subject to availability.

   – Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by phone.

   – Confirmation of booking will be sent via email (info@dl1.dk) or SMS.

2. Pricing and Payment:

   – Fares are based on distance, time, and vehicle type.

   – Full payment must be conducted prior to the scheduled pickup time.

   – Payment can be made using credit/debit cards or electronic payment methods.

   – Payment in cash can be arranged, but only upon prior agreement.

   – Cash payments accepted are Danish Kroners, Euro, and Dollars, with no coins.

3. Cancellations and Changes:

   – Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are 100% non refundable. Cancellations made before this                  time frame are eligible for a refund

   – Cancellations must be submitted in writing and via email to info@dl1.dk

   – Changes to bookings should be communicated as early as possible.

4. Waiting Time:

   – For hotel pickups, a 15-minute waiting time is allowed from the scheduled pickup time.

   – For airport pickups, a 60-minute waiting time is allowed from the flight landing time.

   – If a flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, a new booking must be made, and the initial booking is considered a no-show.

5. No Show Policy:

   – If a passenger does not appear within the allowed waiting time after the scheduled pickup time, it will be considered a “no show.”

   – No show bookings are subject to full fare charges.

   – For airport pickups, if a passenger does not appear within 60 minutes from the flight landing time, it will be considered a no show and subject to full fare charges.

6. Passenger Conduct:

   – Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the driver and within the vehicle.

   – Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, posing a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers, may be refused service.

7. Passenger Responsibility:

   – Any damage caused to the driver or the vehicle by the passenger is solely the responsibility of the passenger and customer.

   – The company shall not be held liable for any damage caused by the passenger.

8. Luggage and Belongings:

   – Passengers are responsible for their belongings.

   – Our drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage but will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

9. Delays and Force Majeure:

   – We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

   – In case of unforeseen events (force majeure), we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill bookings but are not liable for any resulting damages.

10. Liability:

   – Our liability is limited to the transportation service provided.

   – We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Privacy:

   – Passengers’ personal information will be used only for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

12. Complaints and Feedback:

   – Any complaints or feedback can be sent to our customer service email (info@dl1.dk) or phone number.

13. Governing Law:

   – These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark.

14. Modifications:

  We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

15. Payment terms & conditions

Online booking 

When making a booking on our website you will have to enter your credit card details to confirm your booking. Copenhagen Concierges will automatically authorize the amount equal to the ride fare(s) once the booking is confirmed. The amount will be charged to the credit card once the trip is completed and you will receive a payment receipt to the email provided in the booking. 

Booking via e-mail or telephone

All bookings require credit card authorization or pre-payment by credit card or bank transfer. If you wish to receive an invoice for payment after the service is completed this has to be approved by Copenhagen Concierges before confirming the booking. General payment terms are NET 8 days.

16. Other

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. Violation of this will result in an extra charge of DKK 3.725 / EUR 500. 

The driver will at all times comply with applicable traffic laws. This also applies to compliance with local stopping and parking bans.

1. Booking og Reservation:

• Alle reservationer er afhængige af tilgængelighed.
• Reservationer kan foretages via vores hjemmeside, mobilapp eller telefonisk.
• Bekræftelse af booking vil blive sendt via e-mail eller SMS.

2. Prisfastsættelse og Betaling:

• Priser er baseret på afstand, tid og køretøjstype.
• Fuld betaling skal gennemføres inden den planlagte afhentningstid.
• Betaling kan ske med kredit-/betalingskort eller elektroniske betalingsmetoder.
• Betaling i kontanter kan arrangeres, men kun efter forudgående aftale.
• Kontant betaling accepteres i danske kroner, euro og dollars, uden mønter.

3. Annulleringer og Ændringer:

• Vær opmærksom på, at afbestillinger foretaget inden for 24 timer før den planlagte afhentningstid er 100% ikke-refunderbare. Afbestillinger foretaget før dette tidsrum er berettigede til en refusion.
• Annulleringer skal indsendes skriftligt og via e-mail.
• Ændringer af reservationer bør meddeles så tidligt som muligt.

4. Ventetid:

• For afhentning ved hoteller tillades 15 minutters ventetid fra den planlagte afhentningstid.
• For afhentning ved lufthavne tillades 60 minutters ventetid fra flyets landingstid.
• Hvis et fly er forsinket med mere end 2 timer, skal der foretages en ny reservation, og den oprindelige reservation betragtes som en udeblivelse.

5. Politik ved Udeblivelse:

• Hvis en passager ikke dukker op inden for den tilladte ventetid efter den planlagte afhentningstid, betragtes det som en “udeblivelse”.
• Udeblivelsesreservationer er underlagt fuld tariffering.
• For afhentning ved lufthavne betragtes en passager som udeblevet, hvis vedkommende ikke dukker op inden for 60 minutter efter flyets landingstid, og reservationen vil blive tarifferet fuldt ud.

6. Passageradfærd:

• Forventes at passagerer opfører sig respektfuldt over for chaufføren og inden for køretøjet.
• Passagerer under påvirkning af alkohol eller narkotika, der udgør en trussel mod chaufføren, køretøjet eller andre passagerer, kan afvises service.

7. Passagers Ansvar:

• Enhver skade forårsaget på chaufføren eller køretøjet af passageren er udelukkende passagerens og kundens ansvar.
• Selskabet påtager sig ikke noget ansvar for skade forårsaget af passageren.

8. Bagage og Ejendele:

• Passagerer er ansvarlige for deres ejendele.
• Vores chauffører vil hjælpe med indlæsning og aflæsning af bagage, men påtager sig ikke ansvaret for tab eller skade.

9. Forsinkelser og Force Majeure:

• Vi er ikke ansvarlige for forsinkelser på grund af trafik, vejrforhold eller andre omstændigheder uden for vores kontrol.
• Ved uforudsete begivenheder (force majeure) vil vi gøre rimelige bestræbelser på at opfylde reservationer, men påtager os ikke ansvar for eventuelle følgeskader.

10. Ansvar:

• Vores ansvar er begrænset til transporttjenesten.
• Vi er ikke ansvarlige for mistede fly, aftaler eller begivenheder på grund af omstændigheder uden for vores kontrol.

11. Privatliv:

• Passagerers personlige oplysninger bruges kun til reservationsformål og deles ikke med tredjepart.

12. Klager og Feedback:

• Eventuelle klager eller feedback kan sendes til vores kundeservice via e-mail eller telefon.

13. Lovgivning:

• Disse vilkår og betingelser er underlagt dansk lovgivning.

14. Ændringer:

• Vi forbeholder os retten til at opdatere eller ændre disse vilkår og betingelser uden forudgående varsel.
